This exquisite Santa Barbara style home now features several enviable outdoor garden rooms in what was once unused outdoor space. In the front yard a stone path takes you by beds of luscious roses, lavender and sage. At one end of the garden in the back yard a mahogany-like privacy fence wraps a glass tiled spa. Nearby a curved stone garden wall supports colorful plants. Other custom designed features for this project included a wooden bench, a gas fire pit, an outdoor dining room with wrought iron arbor and an adjacent glass tiled fountain that changes colors beneath the summer sun.
